यूजी गर्ल्स स्टूडेंट्स के लिए स्टेट मेरिट स्कॉलरशिप, हरियाणा 2022-23 सामान्य डिग्री कोर्स करने वाली छात्राओं को उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय, हरियाणा द्वारा प्रदान किया जाने वाला एक अवसर है। इस योजना के तहत, हरियाणा से संबंधित छात्राओं को वार्षिक वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी ताकि वे उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकें। कुल 10 चयनित महिला उम्मीदवारों को प्रति वर्ष 3,000 रुपये मिलेंगे।

Instructions :-

 State Merit Scholarship छात्रवृत्ति का लाभ उठाने के लिए परिवार पहचान पत्र (PPP) अनिवार्य है। इसलिए सभी छात्रों को सलाह दी जाती है कि किसी भी छात्रवृत्ति योजना के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले अपने सभी विवरण जैसे नाम, जन्मतिथि, आधार संख्या आदि को PPP में पूरी तरह से अपडेट कर लें।

Eligibility:-

The applicant must be a domicile of Haryana.
The applicant must have passed Class 12 with at least 60% marks.
The applicant must be pursuing general degree courses in any Govt. College.

Note :– The candidates who are pursuing their studies through correspondence courses/open universities will not be eligible for the award.

Before applying for the scholarship, the applicant must be ready with the following documents –

Aadhaar card
Applicant’s photograph
Applicant’s signature
Income Certificate
Haryana Domicile Certificate
Caste certificate
Class 10 and 12 certificate
Parivar Pehchaan Patra
Fee Receipt
Last Exam Passed Certificate (Except for 1st-year students)
BPL Certificate (if applicable)
Father’s death certificate (if applicable)

Application Process :-

State Merit Scholarship for UG Girls Students Official Website

Step 1: Visit the Har-Chhatravratti portal.
Step 2: Navigate to ‘Student Registration‘ at the top of the dashboard and click on it.
Step 3: Enter the Parivar Pehchaan Patra (Family Id), a list of members will be displayed, select the name of the applicant, and click on the ‘Generate OTP‘ button.
Step 4: Enter the OTP received on the registered Mobile No. and Click on the ‘Verify OTP‘ button.

Step 5: After OTP Verification, all the details get auto-filled in the Registration Form, and cross-check the information.

Step 6: Select the Department and College, create a password and click on the ‘Register‘ button.

Step 7: Click the login link at the portal and enter valid credentials to apply for the scholarship.

Step 8: Provide all necessary details like course, roll no., eligibility etc.

Step 9: Click on the ‘Apply‘ button to save and submit the application.

Application Status :-

Step 1: Visit the Har-Chhatravratti portal.

Step 2: Navigate to ‘Student Registration‘ at the top of the dashboard and click on it.

Step 3: Enter the 12-digit aadhar number, academic session, select the scheme and click on view button.

Step 4: The application status will be displayed on the screen.
